Current Skincare Routine

Hi All!
I've been meaning to share with you my current skincare routine as I've switched things up a bit and feel that it's really been helping my skin. I'm not sure if it's the switch of the seasons or lack of Vitamin D but every winter my skin takes a turn for the worst. This year I decided to do something about it and tried to nail down a routine that would combat some of the issues I generally face in the winter, like dryness and breakouts. Below I'm sharing the products I use from start to finish that have helped me to achieve a happy & clear complexion!

First I use this pre-cleanse to remove all of my makeup. You use about one pump into the palm of your hand and then gently massage it onto your dry face. It will literally melt your makeup away (even stubborn eye makeup)!. Once your makeup starts to break up you can rinse your face and move onto step 2.

This gel is the perfect gentle cleanser for everyday use. It removes any remaining makeup and doesn't dry out my skin. I use a pea size amount on my Clarisonic brush every night. The Clarisonic brush is must for any skincare routine!
Step 3 // Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant
This step is my favorite! The microfoliant acts as buffing or polishing product. It sloughs off any dead skin and leaves your skin feeling SO smooth. I've used this product on and off for a few years now and I can't say enough good things about it.
Step 4 // Pixi Glow Tonic
You all know how much I LOVE this product as I've mentioned it many times before. After washing my face I apply this toner to a cotton round and lightly pat it all over my skin. I've noticed it helps to combat my skins tendency to be oily.
Step 5 // Mario Badescu Drying Lotion
If you buy any of the products from my routine this is the one to purchase! Blemishes don't stand a chance against this product. I apply to any spots before I go to bed and in the morning they're noticeably smaller or cleared up.

Hope you've enjoyed! Let me know if you have tried or use any of these products.
