Current Makeup Routine

Hi All!
It's been a while since I've shared my makeup routine & I've started using some amazing new products so I thought it would be a good time to share my routine with you.  All products will be linked at the bottom of this post.

Step 1 //  Foundation & Concealer
I recently started using THIS  in place of a typical foundation and I'm in love. I don't do anything fancy to apply it- I use 1 pump and spread it out using my fingers, it gives a radiant glowing finish which is perfect for my dry winter skin. I would say it gives a medium coverage on your skin, I'm in the shade 'fair'. After applying the tinted moisturizer  I use the illuminating concealer in the shade 'light' under my eyes and to highlight any areas I want on my face such as on my forehead and chin. A little bit goes a LONG way with this product! I've been using the illuminating concealer for years now and honestly, nothing compares. To finish off the base of my face I spot conceal any blemishes or remaining redness with THIS  complete coverage concealer, I use the shade 'vanilla'.

 Step 2 // Powder
Setting any liquid products you put on your face is essential so they stay put all day, by using a powder on top you are locking them in. After applying my base I use THIS translucent powder (under $10!) all over my face on a big fluffy brush. If after applying the translucent powder I feel I need a bit more coverage I will apply THIS powder foundation in any areas I need. This powder foundation provides great coverage! On days that I don't wear much makeup, I will use a bit of concealer and this powder and call it good.

Step 3 // Bronzer & Blush
Applying my bronzer & blush is probably my favorite step- it's when I finally feel like I'm coming to life by giving myself some much-needed color. This is especially important in these winter months when my skin is often pale and lifeless.  I start by applying THIS baked bronzer in the shade 'dolce' to the contours of my cheeks, my forehead, and my nose. After the bronzer, I apply THIS blush in the shade 'gildedbare glow" to the apples of my cheeks. What I love about this blush palette is that it also has a lighter portion that works well as a highlight.

Step 4 // Eyes
It should be no shock that I'm still using this basics palette- it has the perfect everyday colors and makes doing an eye look very easy. I always apply one of the lighter shades all over my lid as a base then use a mid-toned shade in my crease. After that, I use a grey or black shade as a liner on my lower lash line and that's it- so easy! After applying my shadow, I curl my lashes and apply the most AMAZING mascara ever! I've been using this mascara for about a month now and it is life changing- if there's one thing you buy from this post definitely get the mascara. It lengthens and separates and never clumps up. The final step for my eyes is filling my brows in. I've used many brow products in the past but I always go back to THIS one. It's the most natural looking product I've found, it's easy to use and it stays put all day.

Step 5 // Lips
To finish off my makeup I apply THIS lipgloss. I love the minty flavor as well as the fresh look it gives. It doesn't put down too much color, it more so gives my lips a nice flushed look.
