Quick and Easy Weeknight Meal


I'm back with another recipe post! This time it's featuring one of my all-time favorites- al fresco chicken sausage! YUM! 
Growing up, one of my favorite nights was make your own pizza night. I loved getting to create exactly what I wanted, which generally included as many toppings as possible. This recipe is a go-to for my family. It is so quick and easy. I love that the chicken sausage is already cooked which helps with prep time. 
Ingredients //
al fresco chicken sausage (Spinach & Feta variety) thinly sliced 
Naan Pizza Crust
Pizza Sauce
Green Pepper
Onion
Sliced Mushrooms
Feta Crumbles
Baby Spinach 
Olive Oil


How To // 
1. Cut up and saute your veggies. I just toss mine in a pan over medium heat with olive oil. Cook until desired tenderness is achieved. 
2. Pre-cook your crust- I love to use Naan bread as it is delicious and easy! I pre-cook mine at 400 for 3-4 minutes with a bit of olive oil. This helps to create a nice crisp pizza. 
3. Add your sauce, veggies, sliced al fresco chicken sausage, feta, & top with some fresh spinach. 
4. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes until crisp 

Enjoy!

Such an easy meal and so delicious! You can easily switch this recipe up by using your favorite sauce and toppings as well as trying out the different varieties of al fresco chicken sausage.
