Tropical Beach Coverup

I'm so glad I packed this coverup for vacation because it's definitely a beach necessity. This coverup is cute enough & covers enough to wear to grab lunch or a coffee (which I did). I loved the fun tropical print on it & the fact that it was black because that made it not see through. I paired it with some easy Jcrew slip on sandals in cheetah print of course :) & a fedora. I've never really been much of a hat person until this trip when I realized I needed to shield my eyes from the sun. This hat was perfect for wearing on the beach so I was able to read my books & scroll thru my phone. Ever since we've been back from Florida we've been blessed with nice weather, lets hope it continues so I can wear some of these clothes!

Hope you've enjoyed,

Affordable Chambray Dress

I'm so excited to share this outfit with you all because I'm wearing it in Siesta Key! Kyle and I arrived here a few days ago and have been loving every minute of this vacation. This place is seriously magical, the water is SO blue, the sand is SO soft, it's all just perfect. I picked up this Chambray Dress from Forever21 before I left and it's perfect. The sleeves actually stay on my arms unlike some off the shoulder tops & the length is perfect. I linked the one they have in stock now which just has a different hem then mine but otherwise is the same. I paired it with these Steve Madden wedges which I've been loving. I really could have just packed these wedges & some flip flops & been set! I packed lots of cute clothes so I can't wait to share the outfits with you in the next few weeks! I'm off to the beach now!

Hope you've enjoyed

Vacation Purchases

As I'm sitting here freezing in 10-degree weather I decided to share some of the pieces I've purchased for my beach vacation in April! Does anyone else get super excited for vaca and shop months in advance!? That's me. But the good news is that I've found some great pieces at great prices.

The first thing I purchased was these Steve Madden Wedge sandals. They look just like the Chloe ones but clearly are not $600 dollars! Who has time to spend that kind of money on sandals?! Not me. These are super comfy and they go with a lot of outfits.

Next, I purchased a one-piece swimsuit to channel my inner wanna be swimsuit model vibes. This swimsuit is seriously SO flattering. The front material is double layer so it doesn't cling to your skin which I love. The hips are cut high which elongates the leg and just gives the swimsuit a sexier vibe.

Okay, some of you may hate these faux fur slides but I LOVE them. I'm not even sure why. Kyle says they look like Chewbacca :( I think I'll wear them to run errands or grab a coffee & they're so comfy!

Lastly, I purchased a dress with pom poms on the sleeves because HELLO pom poms!! I'm planning on wearing this with the steve madden wedges while I eat Mexican food. aha JK, not really though. I feel like this is a dress you get tacos in. Regardless its super comfy and is double lined so it's not see-through!

Hope you've enjoyed this post!
